Staging your home can also help you to sell quicker and hopefully for a better price. Here are some tips on hiring a home stager.
Start by asking the home stager if they have any formal training or past experience.
Ask for a list of references and photos of other homes they have staged.
Ask about their fees. Are they monthly or a flat rate?
Ask how the stager chooses what furniture and decor go into the home.
Are they available to work in your timeline?
Lastly, ask if their business is covered by insurance.
