Signs Your Home is Overpriced

Pricing your home correctly can be an overwhelming task, but it's also one of the most important tasks in ensuring the sale of your home. An overpriced home has fewer chances of making a sale.

Here are a few signs that your home is overpriced.

Few offerings and even fewer showings.
Loads of showings but no offers.
Higher price when compared to other properties in your area.
Similar homes in your area making frequent sales.
Little interest from buyers in attending your open house.

Keep in mind that your needs don't determine the selling price of your home. The buying capacity of your buyer does. So sit down with your realtor after 30-60 days of inactivity to reconsider your asking price for best results.
